Plenty-Full is a fresh ingredient and recipe grocery delivery service that helps chefs of all levels cook incredible meals at home. We take care of the menu planning and shopping (providing you with fresh, locally sourced ingredients in pre-measured and pre-prepped quantities), so all you have to do is cook and enjoy!
We offer 2 plan options (detailed below) with no commitments or fees. Plus, you can choose to skip your orders weeks in advance or cancel at any time.

• Our 2 or 4 Person Plan consists of 6-8 recipes perfectly portioned for you, and is delivered to you once a week.

Family Sharing Plan
• Our Family Plan is perfect for feeding a family of 4 or more and consists of 8 delicious recipes to choose from delivered to your door each week.
• Depending on the plan you choose, you’ll receive either 3 or up to 8 recipes created for that week.
• This plan is meant to be shared amongst all members and it's the way how food should be enjoyed!

Where do you deliver?
Currently, we only deliver to Richmond, Vancouver, and Burnaby. If we do not deliver to your city, let us know how we can help you get our meals! Contact our customer service via email or social media to chat with one of our team members.
How does the Freshness Guarantee work?
We stand behind our commitment to incredible ingredients with our Freshness Guarantee. Every ingredient in your delivery should arrive ready to cook, or we’ll make it right. Just reach out within 7 days of receiving your delivery and our Customer Service team will be happy to help.

How do I recycle my Plenty-Full packaging?
We at Plenty-Full are committed to eliminate our carbon footprint as much as we can. All of our isolated bags that the meals come in can be returned to our delivery drivers by simply leaving it at your doorstep on the day of delivery. If not, you can always reuse it for your other day to day needs! They are durable and made to reuse many times.
Our plastic boxes for each recipe can also be reused for lunch needs, or storage for your fridge! If you do not want to reuse it, simply put the plastic boxes into your blue recycling bin for recycling.
We’ll do our best to let you know ahead of time via email if there is a change to your expected delivery day or time.
However, if your delivery did not arrive when it was supposed to arrive or if you have concerns about the freshness of your order, please contact our Customer Service team and we’d be happy to advise.
How do I cancel my account?
Did you know you can always pause your plan? To pause, sign in to your account, head to your Subscription page and locate the plan you'd like to pause. Click the ‘pause’ button on the bottom of the plan in our to pause your plan.
If you decide to cancel your account, contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll send you an email with instructions on how to complete the cancellation process.
Please note that any order shown as ‘Ordered Processing’ or ‘Shipped’ on your Order page has already been processed and cannot be cancelled. A friendly reminder that you’ll be responsible for all charges incurred (including applicable taxes and other charges) for any orders that have already been processed.

What is the cutoff date to skip a delivery or cancel my account (i.e. my ‘Changeable Before’ date)?
The cutoff date or ‘Changeable Before’date is 2 days before your expected delivery. This also includes any changes you would like to make with your order.
Please note that all orders shown as ‘Order Processing’ or ‘Shipped’ in your Order page have already been processed and cannot be changed. A friendly reminder that you will be responsible for all charges (including applicable taxes and charges) relating to any order processed after the ‘Changeable Before' date.
When will I be charged for a meals delivery?
Your card will be charged three to five days before each week’s delivery date, unless you decide a skip an order. If you have the same delivery day each week, you’ll be charged on the same day each week.

How do I reactivate or ‘Unpause’ my account?
To begin cooking with us again, it is as simple as logging into your account and navigate to my account page, then on the top of the page select my Subscriptions, and scroll down to the bottom and click the ‘unpause’ button.
How do I view my account balance?
All credits and coupons are automatically applied to the balance of your next scheduled delivery. You can also check your Order page to see past balances and charges.
Plenty-Full Food Services Corp. ('Plenty-Full') owns and operates the website located at www.plenty-full.com ('Website'). These Terms of Service ('Terms') apply to all users of the Website, including users who upload any materials to the Website, users who use services provided through this website, and users who simply view the content on or available through this Website ('you'/'user').

Plenty-Full enables members who register for an account to order fresh ingredients and recipes to make meals designed by our chef and our approved affiliates and to have the ingredients delivered right to their door ('Services'). In order to register for the Services you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. Currently, our Services are only available to individuals in Canada.
We offer a series of weekly subscription plans that will enable you to receive deliveries every week. You have the option to pause or skip any delivery prior to the cut-off time preceding your delivery.
If you register for a Plenty-Full plan you will be charged for the initial amount at checkout. This will be followed by a weekly charge at the same amount originally billed unless otherwise paused or skipped. By signing up for a Plenty-Full plan, you acknowledge that the amount billed each week may vary for reasons that may include differing amounts due to promotional offers and/or changing or adding automatic shipments. To terminate your authorization or change your payment method, log on to your Plenty-Full account or email email@example.com. We reserve the right at our discretion not to renew your deliveries at any time without giving any reasons for our decision.

Product Quality and Availability
At Plenty-Full we believe in offering our customers quality ingredients at a competitive price. We receive frequent shipments of fresh products to assure you high quality. Although our goal is to fulfill 100% of each order, given the perishable nature of our products, from time to time products may be unavailable due to market conditions beyond our control or to quality that is below our standards. At times when we have an item that's very similar to the item you ordered, we may make a substitution. If you're not happy with the replacement, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Plenty-Full uses insulated packaging to maintain the quality and integrity of your products. To maintain the integrity of products after delivery, we recommend that you immediately refrigerate or freeze perishable items. We guarantee your products will remain fresh in the delivery packaging when it arrives at your door and up to 2 hours at room temperature (23 degrees Celsius) if left unrefrigerated. If the product we deliver to you is not fresh, please notify us by midnight at email@example.com on the day that you receive the order, and we will provide you with a credit which you can use towards another order.
Please note that we reserve the right to limit your order or the quantity of a particular product that you may order.
When provided, nutritional information is on a per serving basis, as well, only non-pantry items are included in the calculations. The reason for this approach is that for most of our non-pantry items the amount to be used is often at the discretion of the individual chef. Some individuals may also use different amounts of pantry items such as oils, salt & pepper, etc. We have used the ReciPal Service for our nutritional estimates. Some calculations may also depend on the final preparation times of each dish. Nutritional information is provided as a guide and we do not guarantee the accuracy of any such information.
To receive delivery, you must live in a residential apartment or home, or receive permission from employer or business owner to receive shipments from a business address. Additionally, after your second order with Plenty-Full you may elect an alternate receiver located within or near your building or home to accept your delivery. This alternate receiver may accept your goods when you are not present at the time for delivery and shall accept the goods under all of the same terms and conditions that would apply had you accepted the delivery yourself. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive the delivery. If you, your doorman/ concierge, and your alternate receiver are not present, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to contact you. If you cannot be reached, we will make unattended delivery and the package will be left at the indicated delivery address. Redelivery fees will apply should a second delivery visit be required.
Delivery is available on non-holiday Mondays to Fridays; check the menu page for exact delivery dates. You can modify an existing order (including the addition or deletion of items, a change in the time or delivery date, and the cancellation of your order) via the Web (in the "My Account" section of the Site) up until the posted cut-off time for that delivery. You may cancel orders via the "My Account" section of the Site. Modified orders are subject to price changes and a change of a delivery date may not guarantee the availability of your desired items. Cancellation of orders after the required cut-off time will still be charged the full price.
Orders must be received before the posted cut-off time for a given delivery. Available delivery windows and associated delivery charges and promotions will be shown as you proceed through the ordering process. You can place your order anytime, up to: the Friday at 11:59 PM Pacific Daylight Time before a Monday delivery and/ or the Monday at 11:59 PM Pacific Daylight Time before a Wednesday delivery. Orders must be canceled by Friday at 11:59 PM Pacific Daylight Time for Monday delivery date, or by Monday at 11:59 PM Pacific Daylight Time for Wednesday date. Cancellation of orders after the required cut-off time will result in a full charge.
If you are using our auto-delivery feature, your order will be processed before the deadline. However, if you make a change to your pre-selected meal, you must do so prior to the posted cut-off time for the delivery.
In the case of inclement weather or unforeseen delivery complications, it may be necessary to make adjustments to our delivery schedule, which will cause us to suspend chosen delivery dates and times. If there will be a significant delay, a customer service representative may call or e-mail you to let you know the status of your delivery time. We will deliver your order as quickly as possible when the conditions permit. If your designated delivery location (i.e., street, avenue) or day is inaccessible, rendering us unable to make the delivery, we will contact you to determine the best alternate location and/or date.

We may offer discount promotions and other types of vouchers. In order to redeem a voucher, you must register for an account with us.
A voucher may only be used once by its holder and may not be reproduced or transferred to another party. Vouchers are non-refundable and may only be used to redeem the promotion associated with the applicable voucher.
Risk and Title
The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. You, and not Plenty-Full, are solely responsible for the proper and safe washing, preparation, storage and cooking of any products you receive through our Services. Any use of our products is at your own risk.
Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges.
Price and Payment
Product prices include applicable taxes and delivery charges. Product prices and delivery charges are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a confirmation.
You may change your payment method at any time by updating your account information. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not edit your payment method information or cancel your account, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts and authorize us to charge your selected payment method, as it may be updated. This may result in a change to your payment billing dates.
If you register for a monthly membership, your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel it, and you are enrolled to receive shipments each week ('Weekly Delivery'). You may turn on/off a Weekly Delivery (within order cut-off times) at any time per the cancelation details listed below. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, and you agree to be personally liable for all charges incurred under your account. Your liability for such charges shall continue after termination of this Agreement. Pausing Weekly Deliveries and/or order cancellation requests require advanced notice to Plenty-Full, as set forth more specifically via email communication. If you miss these deadlines, you will be responsible for paying the applicable amount, and the cancellation will take effect the next week.
This Website, and the information and materials that it contains, are the property of Plenty-Full and its licensors, and are protected from unauthorized copying and dissemination by copyright law, trademark law, international conventions and other intellectual property laws. All Plenty-Full product names and logos are trademarks or registered trademarks of Plenty-Full. All other company and product names and logos are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners in certain countries. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use your personal information to provide you with our Services, to administer our client databases, to communicate with you and respond to your inquiries, for identification and authentication purposes and for service improvement. Plenty-Full does not disclose your personal information to any third party to enable them to market their products or services. Plenty-Full will retain your personal information for only the period of time which is reasonable under the circumstances.
MANAGEMENT OF THE WEBSITE
When you visit our Website, we process technical data such as your IP-address, visited webpages, the internet browser you use, your previous/next visited websites and the duration of a visit/session to enable us to deliver the functionalities of the Website. In addition, in certain instances the browser may prompt you for your postal code to allow us to provide you with an enhanced experience. This data enables us to manage and improve the Website.
By signing up and entering your email address on our site you are consenting to receive Plenty-Full communication containing news, updates, and promotions.
If you register for an account, we will collect your name, email address, country, language, password, mobile phone number, IP-address, MAC-address, delivery address and your credit card number, expiry date, billing address and security code (see ‘Processing Payments’ below).
We will use your contact details to send you a welcoming email, to communicate with you in response to your inquiries, and to send you service-related announcements.
If you register for an account, we will collect information about your use of the Services including information about your orders and meal preferences. We use this information to enhance your experience, for example to suggest meals that we think you will enjoy.
If you register for an account, your credit card information is provided to our payment processing provider Stripe Payments Canada, Ltd. in order to process payments for your orders. Plenty-Full itself only collects the first six (the BIN numbers) and the last four digits of your credit card number, the expiration number. We use this information to prevent fraud.
If you opt-in to receive marketing communications from Plenty-Full, we may use your contact details to send you general updates regarding Plenty-Full news, special offers and promotions. You may opt-out of receiving these updates at any time by following the opt-out instructions in the communication.
GENERATING MANAGEMENT INFORMATION AND STATISTICAL DATA
Plenty-Full uses your personal information in an anonymized and aggregated form to closely monitor which pages of the Website are most frequently visited and which features of the Service are used most, to analyze usage patterns and to determine where we should offer or focus our Service. We may share this information with third parties for industry analysis and statistics.
If you choose to use our referral feature on the Website to tell a friend about our Service, you will be prompted to enter your friend's email address or mobile phone number or log into your preferred social network. If you elect to refer a friend, we will automatically populate a message for you to send to your friend inviting him or her to try the Service on your behalf, however the actual message will be sent via your mobile device or social network and you will be able to edit the final message before you send it.
