Plenty-Full is a fresh ingredient and recipe grocery delivery service that helps chefs of all levels cook incredible meals at home. We take care of the menu planning and shopping (providing you with fresh, locally sourced ingredients in pre-measured and pre-prepped quantities), so all you have to do is cook and enjoy!
Our plan comes in 4 simple steps:
1. Start by telling us what you’re craving. You’ll have 6-8 different award-winning recipes to pick from, so have fun with it!
2. After you pick your recipe, tell us how many people you’re cooking for.
3. We deliver the kit to you.
4. Cook and enjoy.
Each meal kit serves 1-1.5 adults. Meals are $10 per dish, with a minimum order of $40, so you can organize your meal schedule ahead of time and make full use of your plan!

Currently, we only deliver to Richmond, Vancouver, and Burnaby. If we do not deliver to your city, let us know how we can help you get our meals! Contact our customer service via email or social media to chat with one of our team members.
We stand behind our commitment to incredible ingredients with our Freshness Guarantee. Every ingredient in your delivery should arrive ready to cook, or we’ll make it right. Just reach out within 7 days of receiving your delivery and our Customer Service team will be happy to help.

We at Plenty-Full are committed to eliminate our carbon footprint as much as we can. All of our isolated bags that the meals come in can be returned to our delivery drivers by simply leaving it at your doorstep on the day of delivery. If not, you can always reuse it for your other day to day needs! They are durable and made to reuse many times.
Our plastic boxes for each recipe can also be reused for lunch needs, or storage for your fridge! If you do not want to reuse it, simply put the plastic boxes into your blue recycling bin for recycling.

However, if your delivery did not arrive when it was supposed to arrive or if you have concerns about the freshness of your order, please contact our Customer Service team and we’d be happy to advise.
Did you know you can always pause your plan? To pause, sign in to your account, head to your Subscription page and locate the plan you'd like to pause. Click the ‘pause’ button on the bottom of the plan in order to pause your plan.
If you decide to cancel your account, contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll send you an email with instructions on how to complete the cancellation process.
Please note that any order shown as ‘Ordered Processing’ or ‘Shipped’ on your Order page has already been processed and cannot be cancelled. A friendly reminder that you’ll be responsible for all charges incurred (including applicable taxes and other charges) for any orders that have already been processed.

The cutoff date or ‘Changeable Before’ date is 2 days before your expected delivery. This also includes any changes you would like to make with your order.
Please note that all orders shown as ‘Order Processing’ or ‘Shipped’ in your Order page have already been processed and cannot be changed. A friendly reminder that you will be responsible for all charges (including applicable taxes and charges) relating to any order processed after the ‘Changeable Before' date.
Your card will be charged three to five days before each week’s delivery date, unless you decide a skip an order. If you have the same delivery day each week, you’ll be charged on the same day each week.

To begin cooking with us again, it is as simple as logging into your account and navigate to my account page, then on the top of the page select my Subscriptions, and scroll down to the bottom and click the ‘unpause’ button.
All credits and coupons are automatically applied to the balance of your next scheduled delivery. You can also check your Order page to see past balances and charges.
